Shenandoah is a small city along Interstate 45 between The Woodlands and Conroe. The original Shenandoah Valley streets date to the 1960s and 70s, with tall pines and mature oaks on good sized lots. Newer sections like Tuscany Woods kept many of the native trees when the houses went in. Our Woodlands base is a few minutes to the west, so Shenandoah is home ground for our crews.

What we get called for in Shenandoah

Tree removal in Shenandoah

Older pines close to houses are the main removal here, followed by water oaks that have started to fail. Lots are established, and fences and neighbors are close, so most trees are climbed and lowered in pieces.

Climber in a harness cutting a limb

Tree trimming in Shenandoah

Deadwood out of the pines, limbs off the roof, canopies lifted over drives and sidewalks. Oaks are pruned outside the February to June oak wilt season.

Stump grinder at work on a lawn

Stump grinding in Shenandoah

Pine and oak stumps are ground below grade, the chips are raked or hauled, and the spot is ready for sod.
