Things people ask before they call
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Every estimate is free, done at the property, and you get the price in writing before any work starts.
When is the right time to trim oaks in Texas?
Live oaks and red oaks should not be pruned from February through June because of oak wilt. We schedule oak trimming outside that window and paint every cut right away.
Do I need a permit to remove a tree?
Sometimes. The Woodlands Township requires an application for removing live trees of six inches and up, and some cities have rules for larger trees. We tell you before the work starts and handle it when it applies.
How fast can you come after a storm?
Same day in most cases. Storm calls are answered 24 hours a day and a tree on a house or blocking a driveway goes to the front of the line.
Do you haul everything away?
Yes. Limbs, brush and wood are hauled off when the job is done. If you want the wood cut and stacked for firewood, tell us at the estimate.
