Cutwise Tree Service ("we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, why, and how to reach us.

What we collect

When you request an estimate, we collect the name, phone number, city and message you give us, plus the page you sent it from. When you call one of our numbers, the call may be recorded and the caller ID is stored so we can call you back. Our site also records basic technical information such as the pages visited and the type of device, which we use to keep the site working.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and confirm an estimate or job, send you appointment updates, and follow up on the work we did for you. We do not sell your information.

Text messaging

If you check the consent box on our form or reply to one of our texts, you agree to receive text messages from Cutwise Tree Service about your estimate and appointment at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the people and services needed to do the work: the crew assigned to your job, our scheduling and messaging software, and our phone provider. Each of them may use your information only to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as needed to provide service and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by calling or texting the number you have for us or by replying STOP to any text.
